As a Nigerian woman passionate about the world of wine, I’ve always believed in the power of connection. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of bringing people together through wine — connecting Nigerians with the finest wine experiences across the globe, and vice versa.
Today, I am the founder and president of Vines By Rosa, a consulting firm based in Bordeaux. I work closely with some of the finest winemakers, producers, négociants and renowned importers from all around the word.
I’m proud to serve as a bridge between the wine world and Africa, empowering businesses on all continents to connect, collaborate and thrive.

I created Vines By Rosa out of the need to strengthen the link between the wine industry and Africa.
As the first Nigerian and female-owned wine consulting firm in Bordeaux. I’ve dedicated myself to making sure Africa’s emerging wine scene is seen, heard and respected.
With over 25 years of savoir-faire in event planning, I’ve been fortunate to create unforgettable experiences for my clients and partners, hosting a variety of events, including elegant dinners, wine tastings, food and wine pairings, weddings and more.
In Vines by Rosa we specialise in methodical wine selection, export, brand visibility with an authentic touch and wine marketing strategies that are specifically tailored for the African market. We ensure that both producers and consumers alike can connect through the appreciation of fine wine.
My mission is to elevate the African market, foster connections and bring attention to the incredible potential of African wine consumers, producers and entrepreneurs.

Empowering women Entrepreneurs
In addition to my work with Vines By Rosa, I serve as:
- the President of the Bordeaux Business Network,
- the President of the Circle of Global Business Women France,
- and I am a founding member of the Africa Women CEOs Network.
These roles allow me to advocate for women in business, particularly women in wine education, business and finance.
I am a strong advocate for encouraging the next generation of women to explore and invest in the fine wine and spirits industry—one of the most promising yet under-explored sectors for women entrepreneurs.
Bordeaux Mentor Week
One of my most exciting initiatives is the Bordeaux Mentor Week, where together with Jane Anson we invite a group of individuals from across the globe to Bordeaux. During this week, they get the rare opportunity to learn about wine firsthand, meet château owners and experience the true heart of the Bordeaux wine industry.
I use this as a platform to show them just how diverse and expansive the wine world is and how many career opportunities it offers — whether in production, marketing, export or education. There’s something for everyone within the industry.
